The Next 90 Days
A calm, realistic goal-setting workshop for the woman who's holding everyone else together
Wednesday 18 and Wednesday 25 November · 7pm–8.30pm · Online
You're brilliant at making plans for everyone else. You keep on top of your parents' appointments and your children's schedules, and you're the person who remembers everything at work. Somewhere along the way, your own goals slipped to the bottom of the list.
Across two relaxed evening sessions, this workshop gives you the space to change that. Together we'll step back from the day-to-day juggle and create a clear, achievable plan for January to March, built around the life you actually have rather than the one you're "supposed" to have.
Evening one: get clear on what matters
We'll start with a short coaching talk to help you pause and make space for yourself. Then we'll name the goals that matter most to you, and get honest about why they matter, what success looks like, and what happens if nothing changes. By the end of the evening, you'll have mapped out your 90 days.
Evening two: turn it into a plan that works
Having had a week to reflect, we'll turn your 90-day map into a clear focus for each month. You'll break each priority into manageable tasks and shape them into a weekly and daily plan that fits around your commitments. We'll finish by looking at how to remove the triggers that knock you off track, and why a good plan shouldn't depend on willpower alone.
You'll leave with a finished plan for January to March, a clear idea of where to start, and the sense that there's room for you in your own life again.
This workshop is for professional women who are caring for older parents, raising children, or both, and who are ready to put themselves back on the list, gently and realistically.
Investment: £40 for both evenings
Early bird: £30 when you book before 1 November
Places are limited to keep the sessions small and supportive. To book: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/2002613831880?aff=oddtdtcreator
